Events

The event is a celebration of special needs families in Canada. This event is dedicated to recognizing and honoring the amazing families who care for loved ones with special needs, and showcasing their resilience and dedication. The event will be held on July 15th at the Pat Clark Community center, and will feature a range of activities for families to enjoy together. There will be a variety of fun games and crafts for children, as well as informative workshops and discussions for parents and caregivers. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with other families and share their experiences and insights.

In addition to the activities, there will be keynote speakers who will share their personal experience as a special needs caregiver and offer inspiring words of encouragement.
There will also be a special presentation by teenagers on extending a hand of friendship to people who seem different, being friends with them and the strategies to employ.
